Tiann is a 200 RYT. She took her first yoga class in 2011 and loved the affects it had on her body as it helped with sciatic nerve pains. In 2013 following the death of her best friend, Tiann discovered a whole new meaning to yoga as she found her way out of grief and loss by committing to her practice. She believes the practice of breath to movement disciplines the mind to heal the body and soul. Her new deepen love for yoga set her on a journey to become a teacher to share the magic. In 2015 she took her first yoga retreat in Thailand and completed her 200hr teacher training. Tiann’s classes are inspired by vinyasa with a focus on breath, body awareness, strength and flexibility. Tiann is also a reiki energy healer who is passionate about helping and healing others.
