Having been a gymnast & cheerleader, Sydni immediately felt the connection to the physical aspect of yoga upon entering her first class in 2011. After years of coaching in a gym, Sydni knew when leaving her first class, she would one day instruct this practice. Over time, as a consistent practice developed, she began noticing how the mental aspect of yoga reigned supreme to anything she was gaining physically. Yoga quickly became a place for her to detach from the real world and connect to what we so often push aside – the progression of our mental health. In instructing, Sydni hopes to portray the importance of quieting the mind both on and off our yoga mats. Her classes focus on the importance of alignment, breath, and the connection we strengthen with our inner lights.
