Stacey is a wife, mother, and registered nurse who has a passion for caring for and helping others. In her early 20s, she started practicing yoga for fitness and detoxification. It wasn’t until having her two little boys that she found a deeper appreciation for her practice. With her devotion to yoga, Stacey completed the Rise Yoga 200 hour teacher training in 2018 and hopes to share that passion with you.

The class will be Vinyasa Flow (breath to movement), with a short pranayama (breathing exercise), and meditation at the end. 60min
