Agni discovered yoga 18 years ago when she needed to complete her PE units at local college. She was looking for something that didn’t require a lot of cardio, physical strength or commitment. Yoga sounded like something she could do between her other classes . Soon enough she found out that yoga was so much more than just twists and cute poses. She was hooked! During her yoga journey she discovered connection to breath and different forms of meditation, which was extremely helpful during stressful times. Today she is a Certified and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher ( RYT-200), as well as Certified Yoga Nidra Guided Imagery Meditation Teacher and she also holds a degree in Nutrition Education. She incorporates her overall knowledge of health and wellbeing into her approachable vinyasa flow classes with the emphasis on breath and digestive system. Currently she shares her passion and knowledge with students and faculty at UCI, as well as her private clients via NUTRI MEDI YOGA.
