60 Min class
A spiced up Vinyasa Flow that improves circulation, balance and mindfulness. This class will help you burn calories, detoxify and mold a lean, firm and strong body. This class is a great opportunity to experience an overwhelming sense of empowerment as you build endurance, muscle and confidence.
60-75 Min class
Yin yoga consists of longer held, mostly seated postures that passively stretch connective tissue and muscles in order to unblock held energy and release physical tightness.
A complete class that promotes tension release, strength and flexibility. Moving through sun salutes and basic standing postures in the first half of class. Followed by a less dynamic Yin-like second half of class. Intended to support students ability to learn the postures safely with modifications. Will be sure to leave you stress-free, calm and whole. For all levels and ages, especially those new to yoga or seeking a soothing practice.

Cannabis Enhanced Yoga is a unique yoga experience that allows a community of like-minded people to gather together and share their love of yoga, cannabis, or both! Guests will have the opportunity to consume cannabis and socialize for 15-20 minutes in whatever form they are most comfortable with (Vaporizing, edibles, tinctures, and CBD are highly encouraged). Once class begins, students will be led through a guided Yin practice, which is great for relaxing, restoring and a mid-week reset. Please bring a mat, water, a blanket or a pillow, and an open mind! This is a totally judgement free zone, and cannabis use is always optional.
